We are very excited that we’re serving Sustainable Blue Salmon for the main course Saturday evening, April 1st. Dan is part-owner of two salmon fishing lodges in the Gaspé, where we practise catch & release. And we’re very involved in the Atlantic Salmon Federation, which is all about conservation:
