*Because the Jewish Sabbath doesn’t end until 8:21 p.m., the Saturday night dinner will not be kosher. However, it will feature sustainable salmon (that does not damage the ecosystem) and side dishes that do not contain any meat or shellfish. A vegetarian option has been made available for those who have indicated that as a preference, and for those who have requested a kosher meal a cold kosher plate will be served.
